Emergency Medical Service
Caldwell County Ambulance District (CCAD) was established in 1972 and was the first ambulance district in the state of Missouri. Our district serves the entirety of Caldwell County and covers 431 square miles. CCAD has 6 elected board members that oversee the district.
CCAD provides high-quality Advanced Life Support emergency medical care 24/7, and our team of dedicated medical professionals respond to an average of 750 calls for service annually.
In addition to responding to 911 calls, our district also offers Mobile Integrated Health services, which involves providing non-emergency, in-home care to high-risk patients to minimize unnecessary ER visits and hospital admissions. Also, our in-house training facility hosts a number of primary EMS classes, including EMT, AEMT, and AHA classes.
At Caldwell County Ambulance District, we are passionate about delivering exceptional emergency medical care when every second counts. Our skilled professionals are equipped to handle diverse medical situations, ensuring that our community receives prompt and reliable aid in times of distress.
